It was my first time in São Miguel and I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The loft was beautifully decorated and very clean. The shared kitchen and living area were so cute and comfortable. 100% recommend!

The best spot on the island. Affordable, in the perfect location around many cafes, bars and restaurants, close to bus stops and other popular attractions. The room and bathroom was very tidy and clean, hot water worked, and the shareable kitchen and sitting area was adorable and unique. The staff was respectful when around. Looking forward to another stay here when I’m back on the island. I would recommend this to anyone visiting. A+++

We’ve visited St. Miguel several times exploring the Island. This time we wanted to be in the centre of the city of Ponta Delgado to experience its sights and sounds. We found this wonderful place where everything is within a short walk! The décor is exquisite! The service excellent! We already booked our next visit to this amazing Island with its wonderful culture and traditions. I highly recommend this place as your base from which to experience the Azores!

We stayed at Open Door Loft for our Honeymoon and it was the most wonderful experience we’ve had. The location was right in the center of town near all the best restaurants and shops and steps away from the ocean. The Loft itself was so charming. The decor is authentic with a modern taste. The rooms were very generous with the most lovely decor. Our host Marcos was the best we’ve ever experienced. He was just a message away no matter the time of day. He was so kind an helpful. I’ve already recommended it to a bunch of my friends. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Open Door Loft!
